Eng. Salman Alhokair is the engine of the growth of Fawaz Alhokair Group’s Real Estate business. A qualified architect from King Saud University. He continues to spearhead development of the real estate business relentlessly, overseeing design, construction and management of some of the most high profile shopping malls and mixed-use facilities in Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Abdul Majeed Alhokair is the driving force behind the fashion retail business. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Fawaz Alhokair Group. Dr. Abdul Majeed is a graduate of King Saud University and has a hands-on approach to running the largest growing network of stores and international stable of brands within the Kingdom. His ability to spot trends well in advance, ensures a steady flow of the latest international concepts into the stores and across the Kingdom. Dr. Abdul Majeed received the prestigious Saudi Public Company (SPS) award as the “Executive of the Year – 2007” recognizing him as a Saudi Arabian business professional, leading a major publicly listed company & for achieving & demonstrating outstanding management excellence.

Eng. Alqalam is the Vice President of the Real Estate division, Fawaz Alhokair Group. He has managed the day to day operation of FAS Real Estate since its inception in 2002, and has been pivotal in the development of the Real Estate business throughout his period to date. Whilst being instrumental in the strategic growth of the company and the alliances formed therein, he has overseen the rapid development of Real Estate and its expansion into Residential, Hospitality, Facilities management & Mixed use developments.

Prior to joining Fawaz Al Hokair Group, he managed large projects and program delivery for both private companies and government agencies in the USA. Eng. Kamel Alqalam is a registered engineer in both Arizona and Georgia in the USA with Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of North Carolina, USA.

Abdulrahman has 22 years of experience in the finance, accounting, and internal control domains throughout Saudi Arabia, Europe, and the Middle East.  He joined the Group in 2006 and prior to that he was in a leading position with one of the big 4 accounting firms in Saudi Arabia.

He led and managed assignments with market leaders in the banking, energy, manufacturing, retail and financial services industries and governmental institutions. He has a BS degree in accounting from King Saud University in Saudi Arabia with first honor.  He holds many international and local accounting and related professional certifications.  He has spoken as a guest speaker at many national and international conferences and is considered one of the regional experts.

Mr. Alarifi is the Vice President Investments. Prior to joining Alhokair he was the General Manager of Al Safi Danone in Saudi Arabia for five years, and played a key role in its merger with Danone. He started his career with Samba Bank in 1989, and rose to the position of AGM in the Corporate Banking Group. He has a degree in Agricultural Business from California State University, and has attended an Executive Management Program at the University of Michigan Business School, Duke University USA and London Business School UK.

Mr. Muhanad Awad started his tenure at Fawaz Al Hokair Group as the Head of Assets Management & Treasury for the Group following his position as Chief Financial Officer of Arabian Centres Company. Prior to joining the Group, Muhanad held the position of Financial Controller at Dubai Festival City, a flagship property development venture of Al Futtaim Group in Dubai.

Muhanad has gained substantial exposure as an external auditor at the Price Waterhouse Coopers & BDO in Jordan. He was awarded his bachelor’s degree from the University of Jordan and later received his CPA in Delaware, USA. Mr. Awad is pursuing his Masters in Project Management at the British University of Dubai (affiliated to the Manchester University in UK) and has completed a substantial part of the program. Mr. Muhanad Awad is a well-seasoned executive and has vast experience in assets and fund management. Muhanad is currently the CEO for FAS Capital, the financial and investment arm of Fawaz Alhokair Group.
